COVID-19: Current delivery status
Our delivery partners have informed us of some regional delivery delays where orders are taking an additional 2-3 working days to arrive. These delays are caused mainly by the need for social distancing in regional depots. We are doing our best to monitor the situation as it develops and we will keep our website up to date with the latest changes.
We would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding during this time as we work hard to get orders despatched as quickly as possible whilst also keeping everyone safe.
Royal Mail service disruptions and Coronavirus advice:
It's fresh and on demand
We generally use Royal Mail for all 250g and 500g orders. We've found the service to be reliable allowing us to keep your order as fresh as can be. For larger wholesale orders we use UPS, DPD or Hermes, based on our experience and customer feedback.
We deliver to:
United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)
Isle of Man
Unfortunately we can't deliver to international or BFPO addresses right now.
Timescales for delivery
We send products out every day direct from our UK roastery and in most cases where the order is being delivered within the UK, customers will usually receive their product(s) within 2-3 working days.
I haven't received my order
We're really sorry to hear that! We've worked tirelessly to build a reliable service so it's disappointing to hear of problems with an order, please do not worry however, we will always help. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will investigate this further. We do our best to respond quickly and will always aim to resolve any delivery related issue.
