Christmas deliveries and our opening hours
Last posting dates for delivery before Christmas
We recommend ordering before midday Wednesday 17th December. Unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas on orders placed after this time.
Our Christmas opening hours
The roastery will be closed from the 24th December and will reopen on Friday 2nd January. For freshness, coffee and tea orders placed during this time will be despatched from Monday 5th January. Any brewing equipment orders will be despatched from Friday 2nd January.
Possible delivery delays
Our delivery partner Royal Mail may be experiencing some regional delivery delays over the festive period, where orders are taking an additional 2-3 working days to arrive.
We would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding during this time as we work hard to get orders despatched as quickly as possible.
It's fresh and on demand
We use Royal Mail for all 250g and 500g orders. We've found the service to be reliable allowing us to keep your order as fresh as can be. For larger wholesale orders we use DPD.
We deliver to:
United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)
Isle of Man
Channel Islands
Unfortunately we can't deliver to international or BFPO addresses right now.
Timescales for delivery
Orders are processed in 1-2 working days and we dispatch Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). In most cases where the order is being delivered within the UK, customers can usually expect receive their order within 2-4 working days. During exceptionally busy periods we may need slightly longer to prepare your order.
Please note that some delays may occur during seasonal delivery periods such as Christmas and other public holidays.
I haven't received my order
We're really sorry to hear that! We've worked tirelessly to build a reliable service so it's disappointing to hear of problems with an order, please do not worry however, we will always help.
