We lovingly roast every batch to order to provide the freshest flavours allowing you to indulge in your favourite coffee brew after brew. By subscribing you can select the preferred frequency of your deliveries and then leave the rest to us, ensuring that you'll never run out of your favourite specialty coffee or loose leaf tea again. 


We include free delivery with all subscriptions and you can choose from our wide range of specialty coffee and loose leaf tea to create your ideal subscription.

How easy is it to manage a subscription?

It's super easy to manage your subscription from your online account. When you join us you'll receive a welcome email with details on how you can access your account. We also include regular email updates throughout your subscription so you're always in control.


Should you ever need any help managing your subscription, we're on hand to help. You can reach the team at info@beanbear.uk and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Can I really cancel any time?

Absolutely! There is no minimum length of time/orders. In fact you can cancel after your very first order. We'll of course be sad to see you go and would love to know why you would like to cancel if you don't mind sharing this with us.


We've made canceling your subscription easier than ever online however if you'd prefer to speak to us then our door is always open. If you have time too we'd love to hear your feedback at info@beanbear.uk

Is it possible to change a payment method once subscribed?

Sure, you can easily change your payment method for any future subscription orders by visiting your online account and clicking on 'Edit' next to 'Payment Method' on the right hand side.


I need to make changes to a subscription

No problem, you can make changes to your subscriptions at any time and as often as you like through your online account. To login to your account please visit: beanbear.co.uk/account/login


Please remember that any changes you make can take up to 24 hours to take affect and therefore changes may not be applicable to any orders that are already processing.


Is it possible to pause a subscription?

You can pause your subscription at any time which is a great feature when you're going on holiday for example. You can do this via your online account by selecting the 'Pause Subscription' button.


Please note you can now also reschedule any future delivery date or alternatively bring a delivery forward if you're running out of your favourite coffee.
