Irish Breakfast loose leaf tea is a blend of fine Assam (small leaf) and Ceylon (small leaf) that produces a rich dark reddish colour. It has the same malty characteristics as English Breakfast tea but is slightly stronger with a brisker finish. Although this is often referred to as a breakfast tea it is highly versatile and is enjoyed throughout the day.
How to brew
Brew in freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes.
